The insulation system used by REO has proven to be an extremely effective protection for our in-house magnetic components – and has been for decades!
This is made possible not only by selected insulating materials, special wire insulation, and the impregnating resin, but especially by a special silicone coating. Even in continuous use under the most adverse environmental conditions, such as in deserts, near coasts, or in industrial areas, all magnetic components are thus optimally protected.
It is the quality and durability of the products that REO customers rely on, and why they repeatedly turn to REO as a reliable partner.
This is also demonstrated by a current project in Taiwan, where REO was selected as a refurbishment partner because the previously used devices could not demonstrate the necessary environmental resistance in the field.
