The newly created campaign website www.emobility-reo.de now offers a point of contact for a wide range of industries and manufacturers in the field of electric mobility.
“We recognized the change in social awareness and the resulting industrial potential in the field of electric mobility at an early stage. With our intelligent and smart components for almost every industry, we now offer a product portfolio that is unique worldwide,” says Jennifer Baatz, Head of Branch Office Kyritz at REO AG and adds: “”Now it’s about communicating this and taking on a leading role in the competition.
Accordingly, the new e-mobility website is to be understood as a digital center with regard to new drive technologies. It shows REO AG as a holistic partner in the development, production, testing, and maintenance of electronic mobility solutions. The focus here is on components for the electrification of the drive train and the e-motor periphery, components for charging columns, wall charging stations or wall boxes, and on testing technology.
E-mobility is often reduced by users and manufacturers to mobility concepts suitable for everyday use. Many producers lack the idea or the necessary technical knowledge in which form their products can be equipped with partially or fully electric drives. The new e-mobility website therefore comprehensively shows ways and possibilities to make the new technologies accessible even to industries with a low degree of electrification. These include in particular battery-powered drives and hydrogen drives for buses, motorcycles, trucks, heavy machinery, ships, and aircraft.
In addition, the website provides an outlook on upcoming technologies, such as a central control of the testing equipment outside the direct testing environment. The goal is not only to meet the latest state of the art, but to actively shape it.
The electrification of the mobility sector is progressing further in the new decade. While many suppliers buy in technologies, REO can draw on over 95 years of experience – a guarantee for in-house innovation, especially when high demands are placed on the resilience and quality of components.
